Judy Dressler Painting or drawing has been a part of my life as long as I can remember. When I was very
young I would draw from the Sunday funnies - trying hard to "match" the animals (Red Ryders
horse, a favorite). As I aged, my subjects became wide and varied until I found what gave me
the most pleasure, and that was the Western life, the people and the landscapes. I am pretty
much self taught, with Adult Education classes playing a large part of my art education. I
feel very blessed that now in retirement I have found more time in doing what I love and hopefully giving the same pleasure to those who view my art. More... |
